“Navigating the Nexus”: New Book Launch and Dialogue on Art & Peacebuilding by Women Peace Makers

Saturday, May 16
7:00–8:00am Pacific Time

How can artists and peacebuilders work together to achieve both individual and mutual objectives? Art for peace, creative peacebuilding, peace art – these concepts are becoming more and more practiced as disciplines and specialities intermingle. But how do you balance different values? How to make sure artists have space to create? How do you ensure communities in conflict take the centre stage? How can you work together to Do No Harm?

Navigating the Nexus of Art & Peace is a new book that takes a deeply reflective journey with artists and peacebuilders working together to creatively transform conflict and create artistic masterpieces of collaboration and peace.

Join this event on the International Day of Living Together in Peace to hear from the book contributors. You will also receive a free copy of the book in PDF or EPUB for online reading.
